Direct Sales / Non-Account Holders

Please note, that there are times (Winter) that our production is too low to allow for large orders and direct online shopping. Also a part of our colour range may only be available to florists that hold an account with us. During such times, availability requests can be made so please contact us.
Order process for Direct Sales
After submitting your order, we will confirm availability by email. In case we are not able to supply specific varieties, we usually can replace with similar colours. Full payment is due before we send your order. We do not have credit card facilities. Bank account details will be provided on confirmation of your order.
Because of the payment process, we ask you to allow at least 2 days when placing your order. If your order is urgent, please contact us to discuss options.

Freight for florists depends on location and volumes
Flurish use reliable courier companies and orders will always be sent overnight. If your order has not arrived by 2pm, please contact us immediately to allow us enough time to trace your order.
Flurish can deliver New Zealand wide, except to a rural delivery address, because this usually takes a day longer. We send our flowers out of water and therefore we need to be sure that your flowers can be delivered overnight. If you live rural, you may be able to find an alternative CBD residential or business delivery address.
Flowers for Special Events

Flurish guarantees freshness and quality of our flowers. Please read our “Care Tips” in the “Information” section of our website to make sure you get full enjoyment out of our flowers. Care instructions will also be sent with your order.
Every effort will be made to deliver on the requested date. We rely on courier companies and therefore we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. We will, however, do everything possible to solve any problems in case this may occur.
If you are not satisfied, please note that complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery. If possible, it helps to send us a photo, to allow us to understand the problem.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations and/or changes of orders must be made no later than 12pm on the day prior to delivery. Cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. Phone or fax cancellations are only available.
Although every effort has been made to use the best photos available, in some cases the colours shown may be slightly different from reality. Flurish cannot be held liable for any deviation in colour.
The privacy of your customer data and orders are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
